She navigated Y2K, when organizations were scrambling to bridge business operations and technology systems before the clock ran out. She led supply chain operations at Herb Pharm through COVID-19 and the worldwide lockdown, keeping suppliers engaged and product moving when global supply chains were collapsing around her. And today she is helping organizations find their footing in the age of generative AI — bringing the same structured, calm approach to a technology transition that is moving faster than any before it.
